Type Ctrl-F, to find precisely
where, on this page only, a word or phrase appears. This can
be useful after Google has reported only what page your term is
on.)
To
further aid navigation, some of the larger pages contain a list, outline
or index, of main category links at the top, and blinking
"back-to-top arrows" sprinkled throughout the detailed
content (usually to the far right of it), that look like this:
In short, category links drop you down to the relevant detail, and blinking
arrows lift you back up to those category links (or to
the top of the page)--ultimately allowing you to "jump up and
down" desired parts of the page with the greatest of ease.

Free Consulting!
You might want to start by just sketching out your challenge and how
you hope we might help you. (We'll discuss our costs whenever you
like--perhaps even sooner than you like!--but this is usually best
done once we all have a better sense of the scope of your problem and
service needs.)
Often this is best done brainstorming with colleagues, while sketching
a rough outline or diagram (a useful exercise in any event!)--perhaps in
the context of the following dimensions of your organization and
challenges. Consider simply cutting and pasting the following
numbered headings into your favorite wordprocessor, then
simply typing in your corresponding thoughts below them, and, finally,
firing it off to us in an email or fax..
- Your overall VISION and MISSION--and anything
else about your problem's CONTEXT that might be relevant;
- Your pressing PROBLEM or CHALLENGE (which should
be critical to, or consistent with, your VISION and
MISSION. No? Otherwise, why are you worried about
it?). Note that people do come to us because they're not quite
certain what their problem is. They're often keenly aware of
symptoms, but know they've not yet made an accurate diagnosis of root
causes. (Much like going to the doctor with a troubling
pain.) If that's the case for you, then just do your best at
describing the challenging situation and symptoms that concern you.
- Your early QUESTIONS or OBJECTIVES whose ANSWERS
or FULFILLMENT, respectively, might help you better understand your
PROBLEM or CHALLENGE; and,
- Your early thoughts on METHODS
(brainstorming? survey? quantitative or qualitative analysis of
existing data? major study? strategic thinking, planning,
action? etc.) by which to ANSWER your QUESTIONS or FULFILL your
OBJECTIVES--ultimately, to solve your PROBLEM or CHALLENGE--and help
fulfill your MISSION--or realize your VISION.

- Anything else relevant--big or small--that you'd
like to tell us? Do you have any documents or other resources
that might be helpful?
- Might you wish to give us some feedback to
help us improve this web site, our strategies, and general approach?--e.g.,
comments about the site's impact, look and feel, pull, focus, clarity
of purpose, consistency, navigational ease, overall effectiveness and
value?
Get the above to us any way you like (e.g.,
telephone, U.S. Mail, or e-mail--good because it allows for a growing
interactive record that we both add to) using this contact information:
